Between 26-29 February 2024, the ‘Training Skills Development’ programme was organised. In this training programme, it was aimed that a core team of 15 people working in our faculty would organise train-the-trainer programmes in order to institutionalise the organisation of programmes for the development of trainers’ training skills. In this context, training programmes were started to organise periodic training programmes for all faculty members working in our faculty, starting with faculty members who have not participated in train-the-trainer programmes, and to carry out an active process for continuous innovation and development.
For the 2023-2024 academic year, two five-day training programmes were held on 3-7 June and 10-14 June 2024 to improve the training skills of 30 faculty members, each consisting of 15 people.
At the end of the interactive five-day programme, our vice deans of the Faculty Prof. Dr. M. Hamidullah UYANIK and Prof. Dr. Kemalettin ÖZDEN presented certificates of appreciation and participation to our faculty members who contributed to the training and participated in the training.
These training programmes, which were started by the faculty members of our faculty, are planned to be continued periodically to cover all our faculty members starting from the 2024-2025 academic year.
