Conditions for Submitting Papers
GUIDLINES for FULL TEXTS SUBMISSION

All submitted full-text papers must comply with the following guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned without review.


General Rules
  • All papers must be written in English.

  • The abstract should clearly present the results of the original study and must be informative and comprehensive.

  • Full-text papers should be prepared as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx) on A4-sized pages with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

  • The main text must be written in 12-point Times New Roman, with 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, and single-column layout, and abstract part should not exceed 300 words.

  • Paragraphs should be properly formatted and consistent throughout the manuscript.

  • The maximum length of the full text should be 10 pages, including references.


Title and Author Information
  • The title of the paper should be written in UPPERCASE LETTERS, centered at the top of the first page.

  • The subject category should be short, clear, and written in bold, with only the first letter of each word capitalized (except for abbreviations).

  • Author names and surnames should be written in bold; surnames in all capital letters, and the presenting author’s name should be underlined.

  • The institutional affiliation should be written in 10-point font and centered beneath the author names.

  • Authors’ email addresses and ORCID IDs must be provided.

  • Academic titles should not be used in author names, and abbreviations should be avoided.


Keywords
  • Keywords should be written in alphabetical order, separated by commas, and must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 terms.

Paper Structure
  • Original research papers must include the following sections:
    Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, and References.

  • Review articles should be structured under section titles appropriate to the content, in line with general literature standards.


Style and Referencing
  • Full-text papers must comply with the AMA Manual of Style, 11th Edition.

  • In-text citations should be given as superscripts placed after punctuation marks.


Ethical Requirements
  • For studies involving human or animal subjects, ethical approval must be obtained and clearly stated in the Materials and Methods section.

  • If informed consent was obtained from participants, this must also be explicitly indicated.


Conflict of Interest and Funding
  • At the end of the manuscript, authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest under the heading Conflict of Interest.

  • Any financial support or project funding should be acknowledged under the heading Funding.


File Naming and Submission
  • The file name of the submitted manuscript must follow this format:
    “CorrespondingAuthorSurname_Paper Title.docx”

  • Submissions must be sent via form below.


Review Process
  • All submitted papers will be reviewed by referees appointed by the Congress Scientific Advisory Board.

  • The decision regarding acceptance will be communicated via email following the referee evaluations.

POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDLINES

Participants who wish to present a poster must comply with the following updated rules. Posters will be presented in a dedicated Poster Session, and only digital submission and presentation will be accepted.


Poster Format & Design
  1. Posters do not need to be printed; they will be presented digitally during the congress.

  2. There is no strict size requirement, but we recommend preparing your poster in portrait orientation, ideally 70 x 100 cm size, for consistency and readability across devices.

  3. A clear and legible font must be used. Font sizes should be large enough to be easily read during the 5-minute oral presentation.

  4. Poster content must follow a logical structure including:
    Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
    (References are optional).

  5. All figures, tables, and graphs should be high resolution and clearly presented. Avoid overcrowding the layout.

  6. The title must be written in uppercase letters and placed at the top center.

  7. Background color and visual elements must be chosen to ensure maximum readability. Avoid low-contrast or overly decorative designs.


Author Information
  1. Full names and institutional affiliations of all authors must be included.

  2. The presenting author’s name should be written in bold and underlined.

  3. Academic titles (e.g., Prof., Dr.) or abbreviations must not be used in author names.


Ethical and Scientific Standards
  1. If the study involves human or animal subjects, Ethics Committee approval must be clearly indicated (preferably in the Materials and Methods section).

  2. If informed consent was obtained from participants, this must also be explicitly stated.

  3. If applicable, Conflict of Interest and Funding statements should be placed at the bottom of the poster.


Poster Presentation & Logistics
  1. Posters will not be printed or physically displayed.
    Instead, authors must present their posters digitally during the Poster Session.

  2. Each presenter will have a 5-minute time slot to explain their poster to attendees and answer questions.

  3. Attendance during the assigned session is mandatory for the presenting author.


Submission Details
  1. A Word version of the poster content must be submitted by the initial submission deadline for evaluation purposes.

  2. Upon acceptance, a final digital version in PDF format must be submitted before the congress for inclusion in the official digital program.

  3. File naming should follow this format:
    “CorrespondingAuthorSurname_Poster Title.pdf”

  4. All submissions must be sent via e-mail to:

  5. Please make sure to comply with the announced deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered.

NOTE: UPLOADED PAPERS WILL BE ACCEPTED or REJECTED AFTER PASSING the REFEREE EVALUATION PROCESS and INFORMATION WILL BE MADE.
